www.pbs.org Timothy Spall -- Fagin in MASTERPIECE Classic's "Oliver Twist" Sundays, beginning February 15, 2009 on PBS In his first MASTERPIECE interview, actor Timothy Spall can play eccentric with ease -- Peter Pettigrew in the Harry Potter films for starters. But take an iconic literary character with a slew of existing great film and TV interpretations, and you have a challenge for even the most accomplished actor. Timothy Spall

New Tim Burton Film - Sweeney Todd - Helena Bonham Carter, Johnny Depp and Timothy Spall. Clip: Hang On From: www.canmag.com

we had the opportunity to ask the brilliant Tim Spall a question at the Q&A after the ebertfest showing of kenneth branagh's "hamlet". daisy filmed while sarah and i asked the question, and then i took the camera -- sorry if it's a little shaky and off-center, but my eyes were obviously glued to the stage ^_^ we had the pleasure of meeting mr. Spall after the panel discussion -- he's an absolutely charming man.

I had to change the music unfortunately so I chosed some of youtubes Audioswap (I know it doesn´t fit actually), but just try to imagine the Sweeney Todd Soundtrack or turn off the music instead. I please you to look at the drawing and not the audio ;-) Thanks. And here we have the Beadle! This time it was obviously difficult to find any kind of music where he sings himself or where other people are singing about him. But I tried and I even found a part where he sings (actually the only one :-P). So I hope you´ll enjoy this video in my series and keep up your great comments (don´t remember how long it took me to draw him :-S)! I LOVETT!!! For all them who want to know with which colors I am painting... I need pastels (Marie´s Pastels) and otherwise I have an ordinary pencil to draw something like face outlines and so on :-P... YOU ARE SO GREAT!

Timothy Spall singing "Sunny" written by Bobby Hebb. The clip is from the movie "Lucky break"

Here he is with the likes of the great Timothy Spall & company in Auf Wiedersehen, Pet.

How can one be not an admirer of the wonderful Timothy Spall? I still think he was somewhat miscast in Russell's "Gothic", where I saw him the first time (Polidori was very young, and boyishly good-looking in truth), but his performance was terrific. And now everybody only knows him a Peter "Wormtail" Pettigrew ... *sighs* But boy, he can sing as well! This here is only a parody with a thick Spanish accent, of course. But he sang "The Devil Is An Englishman", for example, and "Funny", and so on ... Curtains Up for Timothy Spall!

title says it all ;) Plz make sure to view in HQ! ^^ song: 'Eyes of blue' by Paul Carrack I DO NOT OWN ANY CLIPS. PURELY FAN-MADE
