Stefan Grossman teaches Mississippi John Hurt's "My Creole Belle" and "Louis Collins," two fairly easy songs in the Key of C. From the DVD "Fingerpicking Country Blues Guitar." More info at guitarvideos.com

Here is my edited "medley" of Mississippi John Hurt songs. In here are snippets of Payday (in Vestapol D), Louis Collins, Monday Morning Blues, Avalon, Make Me A Pallet, CC Rider -- I think that about covers it. A comment about the guitars: the first song, Payday, is played in open D (Vestapol - DADF#AD) on a Loar LH200; the rest on a Martin 00015S solid sapele (slotted head w/ 12 clear frets) standard tuning. No picks on John Hurt. Bare thumb and two fingers.
