In his new film "Apaloosa," four-time Academy-Award nominee Ed Harris plays a marshal brought in to clean up a western town. Harry Smith reports.

Appaloosa is a American Western film adapted from the novel of the same name by Robert B. Parker. It was directed and co-written by Ed Harris who also stars as the lawman Virgil Cole. Viggo Mortensen plays his deputy Everett Hitch. In this scene, Harris and Mortensen are newly hired lawmen who defend the lawless town of Appaloosa.
